Dave Harris then ADDED to MY quote.

Then, after totally misrepresenting my post, he did his little childish snide comment.

Why did the Appeals Court rely so heavily on "no proof these people have attacked on U.S. soil"? What, we have to let them in without vetting to see if they will? Seems like shutting the gate after all the cattle have gone out.

From what I also "heard", they never referenced his Constitutional authority to suspend these immigrants and visitors. (Note: I said heard.) It is a suspension, not a permanent ban. Ninety days is not permanent.

Their decision will be overturned. The Ninth has the highest rate of decisions overturned or reversed of all the courts. Theirs is 80% reversed.
