You really have no idea what constitutes a felony these days do you?

Those who can do...those who cant? Well, they teach and or keep going to school for a Masters (but for MD and JD, all others IMO wasted their time). Your ignorance of the law seems to infer you are not JD, the lack of further education presents your lack of an MD (maybe you are a PT or OT?). That said, your lack of the social understanding of what a "felon" is proves you live with blinders on. I really love the people who get a "Masters" in Art of Social Sciences - that and a GED gets you about $9.00 as the assistant MGR at McDonald's. |

Then, posters like the one ignorant "Masters Student" will then infer that a white guy with a "felony drug" charge for having an RX med in an unlabeled bottle in a school zone is on par with some ghetto drug dealer...and thus, as to stay on topic no longer have a right to vote. |

So go ahead and insult me some more . Notice that I did not lower myself to calling you any names or subjecting you to any invective . |

Being a person of honor, I apologize for inferring that you were one of what (IMO) are many others in the internet who stand on a pillar of false pride. You, obviously are a very well heeled person of well repute and a pillar of our community. I mistook TOTV for a general "Web Forum" of anonymous creatures online. For that, I am sorry. I still think that you are incorrect on your "felons not voting" views however:loco: |

Oh, and I was the one who tried to make the discussion about Felons baby sitting...I am NO liberal at all...very very far right of that.

47 states allow felons to vote once their parole and probation are completed.
if Lyin' Ted Cruz's state allows it, it must be the right thing to do. How about the policy of Gov. LePage? |

Hillary is a felon that has not yet been convicted in court, and liberals have no problem with her representing them as a candidate for president. If she is convicted, she would be allowed to run for election but would not be able to vote for herself(or anyone) in NY until completion of her sentence and parole. |

They broke the law and was convicted. They got educated by they jail house lawyers. The right to vote is citzen privilege. People who earned the right by being model CITZENS me paying out the a$$ in taxes to house these crinmals. Most felons are democrats, they know it's there best chance to get out early and now that they are motivated to pander to the slim balls that pander for they're votes so the slim also can stay on they yellow brick road to the land of mike and honey. |

Citizens don't, well aren't supposed to, have to EARN their rights. They're supposed to be yours forever. Except for the most egregious of offenses. And then, if you're taking away "citizenship rights", you might as well kick them out of the country. If they do the same thing over there, they'll deal with it. Hey, WE got stuck with a lot of other countries "undesirables" way back when, as they shipped them over here. Time to return the favor. |
