That's actually more than I thought, but anyone else that would have been charged for theft would have received the charge of Grand Larceny, a felony. I have seen other gov employees receive a stiffer penalty for the same thing, except the gifts were of less value. It's nice to be exempt from prosecution.

It does not surprise me that a Hillary Clinton supporter is baffled by the results extremely successful people achieve. Remember Obamas famous blunderous statement " you didn't build that"!
