Amazing how some so easily manifest their total inability to discuss subjects of substance.
My fellow poster...I was on this political forum (under another screen name) in early 2008.....could be even 2007..not sure when this forum of politics began. Interesting, it began as a forum set up to discuss a proposal to open a horse track out on 301 and the forum owner liked the idea of people being able to discuss world events.
In those days, posters actually talked about issues and did it with respect. When you came to that forum, you voiced your opinion, did your best to validate it with links or information and everyone enjoyed. A few had to take it to another level with the insults and total lack of anything of substance tipi say.
I say that now because, it is ironic. I had a reputation as the ultra conservative poster...the poster who just did not understand Barrack Obama, and NOW I have not changed one iota. Then, and now, character and honesty was important to me.
Meantime a few on here who may have been around in the early days..although I don't really know for sure, they simply slid into an abyss of ULTR?..NOT conservatism, because a true conservative is just not mean like they are today.
Posts like yours would be met with rejection by that forum and you would be bounced.
I know many posters recall those days....I hope as I truely take my leave of what has become a full fledged insane asylum filled with such hate.
Yes, I opposed Obama...did it strongly, and still do, but at least he is a good man with character. I violently disagree with most of his policies. I lead the charge on being anti Obamacare.

If you think you are a conservative because you hate Obama, or hate Clinton..understand something....my conservative values push me to object to a lot, but never to hate.
If you think you are a conservative because you support a liar, a serial cheater and so much more...my conservative values repel his character.
I leave this place because those of you who are simply vile human beings who do not have the ability to discuss any issue without hate are NOT conservatives..you have moved to the extreme and are so filled with hate it has consumed you.

I wrote this because I am tired of having my values questioned by people who lie, support lying, support dissemination of FAKE news, are obviously filled with hate and blame the current President for being filled with hate. I suspect these people who blame the media, the other party and everyone they can have reasons. I can never allow myself to stoop as low and refuse to defend my real conservative values to posters who don't even know the meaning of truth and values.
