Week to week forecasting is MERELY WEATHER not Climate. Climate Change involves things like Glaciers melting around the world. And Coral Reefs dying. And mercury oozing out of the tundra in Russia and Alaska. Look at a temperature graph of the Earth for the last 30 years........That's climate change that will bring up the emotion of ...... FEAR !!!!!

Insurance Still Going Up
 

The discussion doesn’t really matter. Whether we have a hurricane like the one in 1559 or last year’s uneventful season except for Ian, all our insurance rates are going to keep on climbing up.

Somebody believes that they OWN the word DATA. I hope they didn't pay too much for it. I wonder if anyone noticed that, " when it was warmer in the past, there were more hurricanes and tornadoes". So since it has been recorded that the last 30 years have been the WARMEST in 150 years of recording temperatures that we will continue to have MORE and BIGGER hurricanes and tornadoes.
.....If more people are signing up for Weather Dictators then it is because someone is telling little white lies about how wonderful the Climate near future is going to be. People love a little "FEEL GOOD" story - even when untrue!

Please keep up the scary climate stories. It brings folks to the Weather Club -- where they come to hear the narrative -- and then see the data. It is quite liberating.

Companies making ANY physical product will LOSE money on their 1ST SEVERAL runs of that product. Nothing unusual there. Maybe except for many people who are NOT aware of those realities of manufacturing.

That really just tells you that the concept of Global Warming is the most IMPORTANT question facing the HUMAN RACE since WW2. It MAY ? be more important than WW2 because MORE PEOPLE and COUNTRIES are involved. All around the globe people that should NOT be moving ARE moving North from the Equator toward the US, Canada, and Europe. That migration will make these HEAT problems greater, not lessor. Wars and diseases will be likely result from this migration. Our age group will NOT be terribly AFFECTED, BUT YOUR CHILDRENS LIVES will be TOAST (literally HEATED TOAST). I am just warning. I am a messenger. SOME may want to KILL the message and attack the messenger. Like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube, try to heal the dying Coral Reefs now. it won't be easy. Try to turn around those South Americans - it won't be easy. Try to stop the mercury that's coming out of Alaskan and Russian tundra -- It won't be easy.

Besides GREED, the reason for the insurance rates going up is the FUTURE prediction of property loss due to the Earth's increasing HEAT........CAUSING MORE and GREATER hurricanes and tornadoes in out future.
