Man produces CO2 like in automobile which rise and for a layer that reflects HEAT back to earth. It is all discussed in Climate science literature.

I seriously doubt that witches could agree 100 % on anything?

Time to move ?

Seems that if you are so concerned with frying due to global warming, that it is time to move to Canada.

Sorry, that's the junk science version. In reality a cooler object (like the atmosphere) CAN NOT warm a warmer object like the earth. You can not walk into a walk in freezer and expect it to warm you up. Here's the standard atmospheric profile showing temperatures cool as you ascend. So ... how much did "man-made" CO2 warm the earth last year?

OK so some people believe that Global Warming is NOT caused by mankind. But, I believe that I read that 95% of climate scientists believe that GW IS caused by MAN (AND SPECIFICALLY CO2 pollution). No one is disagreeing that throughout long, LONG term geological time there has been warming and cooling centuries of time. There are fossils of equatorial plants buried in the Arctic zone. I am arguing and repeating climate scientists that are talking about THIS century and really about the last 7 years when climate change has caused increasingly warmer years WORLDWIDE (caused by man). Now we are at the end of 2023 which has been RECORDED as the HOTTEST in recorded history (not geological time, but right now time). No one can deny that 2023 was the record HOTTEST year. No one, no way , no how. That is just what it is ........and we MUST live with that fact and find a SOLUTION. And a part (a subset) of the problem is all of the people scurrying northward from the equator towards and into the US. They are driven northward by the HEAT, which we all know we felt right here in TV land in the summer, which was just part of the WORLDWIDE record HEAT of 2023. Dr Vin Gupta was just on TV this morning going over the BAD HEALTH effects of the 2023 record HEAT (PLEASE GOOGLE THAT)

That certainly MAY be true. I don't really know or CARE. What i DO know is that 2023 was the HOTTEST on recorded history and I notice that the naysayers about climate DANCE AROUND that fact. Facts have a way of NOT lying.

To the question of what climate change, I would say the one that is evident by the FACT that 2023 was the hottest on record and so was the last 10 years.

Trivia question: Does anybody know the name of the musical that featured the song "Johnny One Note"?

Wait and see. My New Years prediction is that 2024 is HOTTER than 2023. It is a trend that we will be able to FEEL this summer. Florida is VERY vulnerable to the LARGER hurricanes due to the hotter ocean temperatures. The Florida coastline has to deal with the rising ocean levels due to Antarctica ice melting and large icebergs forming. Florida is TRYING to regrow its coral reefs that are badly damaged. The HEAT causes greater crime and displacement northward of South American population. We can NOT solve a problem until we recognize THAT problem.

Of course next year will be hotter -- as we are still thawing out from the Little Ice Age.

There are a lot of problems in our world in 2023, 2024. I DO tend to focus on the one that is UNDER-REPORTED by the MEDIA. And it is the ONE problem that underlays MANY other problems that are more visible to people.
.........The is a principle in debates........if you can't attack the logic of the debater, then attack them personally in some trivial way.

The only thing underreported by the media relative to this thread is that man-made global warming is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the world.

Psst. Choose different notes. Actually, E is what F flat would be.

Under-reported? That's funny. The most important science regarding greenhouse gas warming is the Schwarzschild Equation ... and not a peep from the media -- which avoids the subject like vampires avoid the sun.

So, you think F sharp and E flat are the same notes??? Might explain the imminent catastrophic global warming posts :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:
