Has anyone used Luke Claerbout for landscape lighting? Do you recommend him? Did he do a good job and are his prices reasonable?

not for lighting but his other work is good, reliable and rasonable

I've used Luke for other work. Nice guy. I found I had to really check over his work before I paid him. It wasn't a real problem for me because the job wasn't complex and I always check the work anyway.
