We made a lifestyle visit this past February. We were assigned a Sales Rep from The Villages; however, our Rep and us did not seem to be on the same page. We felt like they wanted to make a sale rather than consider our needs and wants. We'd like to know if anyone had a good experience with their Sales Rep and if they could recommend someone to us. Does anyone know who we could contact to change our Sales Rep?
