Here's a new one for my Villages friends. It appears The Villages Golf Cart stores will no longer let you schedule service for your cart unless you purchased the cart from them. This policy became effective May 1st. You can still go and wait in line to try and get service and hope they can take you. What really goes up my nose is that they assumed service support for carts purchased at Advantage Carts when they went out of business, but still won't let me schedule my service. I guess they don't want to be part of The Friendliest Home Town with such a policy. Quite frankly there are better choices for golf cart sales and service, the only thing they had going for them is their convenience.
