There has been rumors about the Havana Country which are misleading.
The total report needs to be disclosed. This report has been issued by the State and needs to be posted in it's entirety, by not doing so can subject the person or persons to a lawsuit and criminal charges.
Havana was never a threat to the public and has cleaned up their restaurant to meet all requirements.
This may be the best place to eat at this time and they have changed their chef and most of their staff.
I've had dinner there recently and would highly recommend you give them another look.
