Anyone have any experience with Pure Talk Cellular? A veterans owned U.S. company with U.S. support and supposedly save over better known like AT*T and Verizon.

Military Tricare For Life (TFL) Retirees Beware of the Villages Health System (VHS). VHS recommended I get the new two-dose Shingrix Shingles Vaccine. I have never paid for a vaccine whatever my H.I. plan. I had the Shingrix in Nov. and VHS billed $152.26. AARP Advantage plan has no prescription drug coverage, TFL becomes primary and denies coverage applying $150 deductible. Got 2nd 2021 for another $152.26. VHS could have sent a prescription to Walgreens for a fraction of the $304 VHS bill. With the hundreds of military TFL patients enrolled with VHS, VHS could warn them the Shingrix Vaccine may involve out-of-pocket expense. It’s more important for VHS to make a few more bucks from military retirees. Lesson learned- whatever treatment advised by VHS, check with AARP UHC and TFL to determine coverage because VHS will not have your six (back). I’m looking for alternatives to VHS that might be more patient supportive.
