We've got a super cute, well maintained 2/2 Cabot Cove patio villa in Chatham for rent. Available April 2017; looking for long term rental (12 months or more). Rate is $1250 per month - everything included except internet/cable/phone, gas and electric.

This also includes regular HVAC maintenance, lawn care, pest control and the monthly recreation fee.

The patio is glass enclosed which gives you additional living space. This is my favorite part of the villa.

The villa is currently furnished but we are open to moving the furniture out if that suits you. You may want to keep some of it - we have two really comfy recliners.
