Just stay away late. We went Sunday evening at 9PM. The advertise Open until 10:30P. People where busy cleaning up and shutting down already. Pretty much ignored. Finally received some service. Food came after a long wait at a place with little going on late. Not that great.

Our server had the manager come over and I explained everything to her. The situation was handled nicely and I have no complaint about that. The manager did take that item off the check.

Including this in your post would have changed the tone. "will not come back to was handled nicely"

Yes, Cody's usually does a very good job of trying to make customers happy if something is not right.

In your original post, you really should have included the fact that the manager took the short ribs you did not like off of your bill. This would have shown the short ribs were not the best choice - but the situation was resolved by the restaurant management.
