Default Corned beef and cabbage

Does anyone know any restaurants serving Jigs dinner on St. Patrick's Day? My husband isn't a fan, but I love it, so maybe some restaurant where he could get something else...

TooJays and Codys are serving corned beef and cabbage dinners. There are ads in the Daily Sun.

The commonly owned, Bonifay/Evans Prairie/Belle Glade/Orange Blossom Hills Country Clubs are advertising Corned Beef and Cabbage and other specials for St. Patrick's Day.

I made a great one last week in my pressure cooker. 50 minutes for the beef and taters, 5 for the carrots and onion (can't have enough onion) and 3 for the cabbage. Mrs. Casey is still raving about it.

I'll probably stock up on corned beef next week when they go on sale.

This is true...corned beef is not traditional, or even heard of in Ireland. Ham, boiled with cabbage, turnip, carrots and onions is typical Irish dinner.
