Saw it done recently at Panera @ Lake Sumter where the woman had TWO leashed small dogs and WALKED them right into the dining room where patrons were eating. I felt sorry for the manager on duty, as she had to accept the paperwork for what it supposedly was. Two Service Dogs for one lady - Really?

How will you know if they are legit ? You can't always see a physical problem with a lot people. It could be a dog that detects seizures.

If you want to reach management, this probably isn't the place to go. Suggest you either call the manager directly or write to corporate about it. Many places allow dogs in the outside eating area. If not okay by you, don't eat at those places or simply eat indoors. There are bigger things in this world to get upset about.
