Looking forward to Fred running the restaurant. Sounds like he'll have some different items on the menu. I'm sure it will be very good.

Based on TOTV comments his restaurants seem to be well managed. I hope he is not spreading himself too thinly and or growing his business too quickly

It is good to see Orange Blossom re-open

For those of us who are snowbirds and not receiving the Daily Sun to read in our northern nests - who is Fred and what other restaurants does he operate?

Fred has Evan's Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, Scooples Ice Cream, the new Belle Glade Country Club and will now have Orange Blossom Country Club.

He is also running bele grade the newest countryclub opening in oct. That will be 4 country clubs and scouples ice cream in brownwood. A busy man indeed.
