Some of the meals TGIF sold were Mexican food. Thus the discussion on gas !

We went to TGIF shortly after arriving here in April 2012. The waitress took our order, but it never made it to the kitchen. After a more than reasonable wait, we complained. When we finally got our meals, they were not good and were billed the full price, so we never went back. If anyone asked our opinion of TGIF, we gave it. Maybe others had a similar experience and hence the downturn in business.

If you look behind Barns and Nobel you will see the new construction...it's going to be a Service station for Golf Carts, that what I have been told....

No. It was a corporate decision.Locations were closed all over the US.
