"How do I change my User Name" - This can only be done by the administration. Please check this link to see if your desired user name is available:

"How do I cancel my account" - This can only be done by the administration. Please email us with your user name and we can further assist.
"How do I change my email address" - Log into your account, then click on the 2nd button in the navigation bar "UserCP". Then scroll down to "settings & Options" and the 3rd option is where you edit your password and/or email.
"I forgot my password" - Your password is case sensitive. You can automatically reset your password at this link:

Then email us with your current user name and desired user name and we can assist.
If you have tried this link and still have an issue you can then email us your user name and desired password and we can reset. This may take up to 48 hours for us to process.
"I tried to upload an image and received an error message Security Token Missing" - This is happening because of one of two possible reasons. Either you are not fully logged into your account or the images you are trying to upload are larger than the maximum allowable size we published. The maximum .jpg file size is 19.07 MB. You would need to use software to reduce the size and then upload. We cannot resize your images for you. Please refer to the acceptable file type and sizes posted when managing your attachments.
"I tried to access an album and I get an error message I Do Not Have Sufficient Privileges" - Users can set their own album preferences and they may have the album you are trying to access set to private. We cannot assist in these situations as it is the users preferences.
"I tried to recommend a contractor or service and I don"t see my post or it was removed" - Please refer to the site guidelines and terms of service of your user account. New members cannot recommend a contractor or service whether it is positive or negative. These post are removed. Once you have an established user account per the site guidelines then your comments will remain.
"I posted and received a message that my post has been flagged" - A new user account with less than 10 posts will be flagged by the system as potential spam if it have links or emails in it. This is a security measure to protect our users. You may need to repost without the link/email until you have built up 10 posts.
