I am new in the villages from Lexington Ky. I am considering selling
And installing American Standard walk in therapy bath tubs .
Has anyone used one or know someone that has one.
They are so nice and will make you feel like a new person.

We purchased here in January of this year. Our realtor told us homes with walk-in tubs are murder for resale.

The seller thinks they are a feature, the buyer thinks they are big and ugly.

Not true they are great and do help resale and rentals .
They make you feel like a new person especially if you

You would have to see one to really understand all there great features.
The walk in bath tub is maintenance free and cleans it self .

They fit in the same space as your original tube they are a little taller
