Default Anyone having trouble with reception with brighthouse cable

For a long time my brighthouse cable has worked fine but in the last several months ,I have had problems . Picture fading in and out, sound stoping for a few seconds , not able to get stations I have paid for and others not coming in. I get messages that the station is not available it this time .I have brought back cable boxes to the wildwood office three times in the last few months. I was told that they are sensitive . Has anyone else had these problems?

I've had Brighthouse for over a year now with zero problems in Sanibel.

More than likely its not your cable boxes (the service reps will always blame the cable box) but the CO software and connections from the outside terminal box. I have had freeze ups during the on demand feature making me reset the cable box to their central office feed...I always have them credit me for this. The last time I had a problem it was in their cables/terminal box/demarc point to the house - have a tech come out and rewire or check what I mentioned above.

I've had them for a year and a half , I'm in Charlotte. Well Tuesday I'll be back at the wildwood office to exchange my cable box.

Have had problems with the picture freezing, we are switching to century link this week. I hope it will be better. I did complain to bright house and they said they would send out a new signal after 9 times we had enough. We live in Charlotte.

There you go. Any company can have issues but it's how the issues are handled that make a difference. Thank you, Lysander. I hope you are able to get your problem resolved.
