The premium seems reasonable (about $400 per yr.) for all the appliances that are covered. Anybody have experience with them or have heard any negative things about them?

I have used them in the past and called in two big problems yesterday. I will let u know how that goes. For Thanksgivimg my oven and my fridge went down the tubes. Talk about stress. They are due here Monday P.S. My daughter - in - laws saved the day. How lucky am I? They figured out how to do it in a roaster (they brought) the toaster oven and microwave. I am blessed. That is the true meaning of Thanksgiving, family and love.

We've had Broward for several years. They are great. So far we've used them twice for the ac, the dishwasher, the oven and the fridge twice. Well worth the price and the service guys are top notch. Oh yeah,I forgot they also fixed our washer and dryer. (As you can tell we went with original cramps GE appliances when we built our house 10 years ago.)

I've used them a couple of times....terrific service......mine is about $200 a year.

We have used them for several years. We have definitely gotten our moneys worth !!

We also have a contract with Broward. We have one contract for our appliances, AC and heat. About $200 yearly. We have another contract for twice yearly maintenance service on our heat and AC. We have had to call quite a few times and we have always been pleased with the service.

One problem with Broward is they don't cover foreign made appliances. I have LG stove and microwave, a Bosh dishwasher and a Kenmore fridge that is made by LG so they won't cover any of those. Also, I have a tankless water heater and they don't cover those either. So in my opinion not worth the money.

Had them in Melbourne Beach for seven years and now for five in TV.
