Default new construction next to Walgreen's

just came back from the Sumter County Library and notice stakes and smoothed out excavation next to Walgreen's. What new is being built?

I know Chase is putting in a branch as an outparcel there,
but I'm not sure it will be next to Walgreen's.
Chase could be the work in progress at the opposite Pinellas end.

Could be that new gas station....think it was a Marathon but maybe someone else can correct me. There had been an article in The Sun some weeks ago re: it.

It is not the gas station, that is already under roof. I asked the Daily Sun constuction update writer regarding the staked out parcel and he said he would check.

I read on the internet it's a new drive-thru Lobster Thermidor location. It's one of my favorite fast food joints.

The gas station is at the eastern end near the Villages Health Center. It is called Marathon Gas Station & Convenience Store. I was there on Monday and the main structure w/ roof is up and it probably won't take a whole lot longer before they're open for business.
