No fine, you just get booted out unless you're in the pool. They won't ask for your ID if you're in the pool.

Shortly after we moved here, we were asked for our Villages i.d. at one country club. We thought it was weird, but had no problem showing it. Maybe it was a new employee or maybe it was because they were busy. Never been asked at any of them since.

KatieBelle's and Cattle Baron always check for one Village ID per group.
