Default Can't wait to be there!

Hi all,
We first visited TV 2 years ago and knew immediately that it would be our home, once we retired. Time has come, and we are about to make the move. Before we buy, can anyone offer words of wisdom relative to negotiating the purchase price on a new home with Village Realtors? Are the "sale" prices shown on their website non-negotiable?
Thank you

There are many threads about what you should do for newbies coming in to TV. New homes not negotiable preowned homes yes. Take your time there are many houses to see but it's all about location and where you want to live.

We bought preowned in 2014; looked hard at new; decided we wanted something with mature landscaping and updates on my the inside; found the perfect Seabreeze cottage in the Village of St. James. Welcome to Paradise.

If you haven't yet used the Search feature (above in brown band),
you can search by topic for lots of excellent information contained in previous threads.
Best of luck!

Hi and thank you! We're leaning toward new construction, which would put us in the southern area where you want to be.
