They had a tour, music, dancing, wine tasting and you could buy by the glass. We tried six wines and bought two. I am not a wine aficionado, but I did like their sweeter wines. Not necessarily something I would do on our own, but with a small crowd it was fun.

Yes the goats get to eat the partially fermented pulp. The wine is very nice, we especially like the sangria. Going on a Sunday afternoon is a nice monthly activity for us.

I went with a group of 20 but you don't need a group to go. Nice people there and it's interesting. You get to taste 6 different wines for free and if you want to taste their reserve bottle it costs $2 for a taste. Most in our group bought a bottle or 2 to take home. Bottles are $15, except for the reserve which I think was $48. The leftover pulp from the winery is put into the compost so there are happy goats and lots of babies on the farm.
