The law covers that and I understand that people need to make left hand turns. I don't know that I've ever seen traffic so heavy that I could move over a half mile or so before I wanted to make a left hand turn.
I think that might be part of the problem. People don't know how to change lanes.
I don't get all this talk about "heavy traffic" down here. Where are you people from? Did anyone ever live in or around a major city and have to deal with rush hour traffic? I've never seen traffic on 441/27 any worse than what I'd describe as moderate.
