In what way? In order to be the best player in the world, one has to compete against the best players in the world. Those players are on the PGA tour. Everyone is welcome to try to qualify to play on that tour just like Annika Sorenstam did.
My comment has nothing to do with sex. It's simply the fact that if you have a tour that limits or qualifies people, such as the ladies tour, or the senior tour, or junior tour then the person who is the best on that tour cannot be considered the best in the world. In order to do that one would have to compete and win against the best players in the world on the tour that doesn't have restrictions by age, sex or anything else.
