It is definitely do-able but a lot more work mostly for my wife to be honest. About all I do is make the muffins. A year ago I wouldn’t have touched a shepherds pie with cauliflower instead of potatoes but our tastes have changed. Now spaghetti squash replaces pasta. We’ve both lost a lot of weight as result and are probably a lot healthier.
