If she goes to Mulberry or Lake Miona, for example, early, when they open, she'd probably have to wait for 1/2 hour for a lane, but she'd get one. No one will say anything. Check the rec schedules - there are times for lap swimming listed at the various pools. I would recommend going early before all the aerobics classes get going, plus in the summer it would be cooler. You could also check with the Villages Aquatic Swim Team, and she could probably swim with them at their regular practice - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 10-11:20. PM me and I'll give you a contact number - you'd need to check with the coach beforehand. They are state and national champion swimmers in that group, and its a terrific workout. I'm sure she'd enjoy it.
