That said, I agree with you that folks should not encourage "trespassing" in residential pools, or for that matter on our pickle ball or tennis courts, bocci ball or shuffle board areas, etc. As far as I am concerned, if one is not paying for the amenity, then they are trespassing. We have rules for these activities to benefit those that reside here and pay for the privilege. One can always pay to enter Disney World...

If they encourage breaking rules they are most likely breaking rules themselves such as not picking up their dog's poop, etc.
