Getting a license is very difficult because of the Homeland security changes. We have been trying for two weeks. I need a birth certificate, my marriage certificate (only for women because we changed from our birthname) my social security card and my current license. This has been a hassel. Then it costs $419.00 to register your car and I think 50.00 for the license.
