Why do these newspaper reporters so often screw up the facts? This day and age, with Google at your fingertips why not search info and get the facts right. If you don’t know what you are doing or are not sure, look it up. A reporters job is to get it right.

The article never mentions that Huxley follows Mike Smith and Denny Payton in death.
Not only that, but Dave Clark did not play on any of their records. He was a terrible drummer and had a studio musicians play on the recordings. So his exuberant drumming was someone else's. Yes, Dave started the group and "owned" them and paid the others a salary. He even coerced Mike Smith to add him as a co-writer on several of the songs even though he didn't write a words or a note. The band had a great number of huge hits, many number ones, but Dave Clark is not held in very high regard by musicians that know him. He really screwed a lot of people.
