It doesn't have inulin and it doesn't say anywhere that it low calorie. It has a low glycemic index. It contains several different kinds of fiber, wheat fiber, fruit fiber and wheat gluten all of which slow the absorption of sugar. It decreases the excess secretion of insulin caused by high glycemic foods.
You don't have to buy it or eat it if you don't want to.
