Default 2008 Columbia Par Car Headlight Adjustments?

Bought a used 2008 Par Car and really enjoy it. However, the headlights are aimed up and very little light actually hits the pavement. Are these adjustable either as a DIY project or dealer/factory work? OR do I have to have to purchase new lights and have them (Par Car) do the work. THANKS!

On our ParCar which is a couple of years newer than yours.....you unscrew 2 screws holding the light in, then remove light, loosen wing nut on side of light and adjust. When we got ours the headlights had been installed upside down. Weep hole shoud be on the bottom, not on top.

Appreciate the information. My lights do not have any screws so I am assuming they are not adjustable. Will take a trip to the dealership to investigate what can be done. again, thanks for your response.
