Default Kudos to The Villages Golf Cars

Yesterday, after enjoying a morning of shopping and browsing at the Brownwood Saturday Market, a friend and I stopped at LSL for lunch. Upon returning to the cart I turned the key, stepped on the gas and … NOTHING … despite plenty of gas and a nearly new battery. Walked to The Villages Golf Car store at LSL and the help and service I received was above and beyond. John listened to my story and suggested we hop in a cart and re-check mine. After confirming that mine was definitely on the incapacitated list, we returned to the store where he arranged for their tow driver to pick it up.

It was only then that he asked my name and found us in their computer system. Their help was thus extended without concern as to whether I was "their" customer. What a positive experience. Thank you Villages Golf Car Store.
