Is there a way to determine how many miles or hours a golf cart has on it? If yes, please share. Thank you.

If it does not have the factory installed hour meter probably no way to determine miles or hours. Now a really good mechanic maybe able to notice telltale signs of high mileage.

I was talking to a guy the other day that said he has only put 3k on his car in the three years he’s been here. Then he said he has 28k miles on his cart

No, not really, even if cart has hidden hour meter who’s say it wasn’t replaced? IMO condition only way to tell. Bicycle speedometers once battery dies the Miles starts over.
