To anyone with an Atomic Kart that has done the Lithium upgrade, was it worth it? Rob says he has done over 300. I am safely getting about 40 miles on a full charge with A/C running full time with my Gel Mat batteries. How much mileage did you gain with Lithium upgrade? How long have you had the Lithium? Are you glad you did it? Anything you don't like about it? I'm only interested in hearing from Atomic owners. Don't need gas vs electric or other opinions. Thanks,

I am scheduled to get converted with the next shipment of batteries so can not answer your question, yet. I have an older coupe. the current Batteries (AGM) are 3 years old. Sounds like your batteries are performing well. how old are your batteries? Also what are Gel Mat batteries?

My understanding is that right now, there's a waiting list for lithium batteries. Our regular batteries seem to go pretty far..

First, I may be confused about which I have, but here is a good description of AGM and Gel mat.
