Default Stains on Cart

I have black marks (stains?) on the sides of my white golf cart where the side curtains have rubbed. Does anyone know of a product/process to remove these marks without damaging the gel coat?

Thanks in advance,

Have you tried a Magic Eraser? I found those things remove more things than I ever imagined without damaging. I use them for many things from my leather furniture to the black scuffs on my tennis shoes.
