Wait until you see what insurance companies want for homes !! ORLANDO, Fla. —
Following recent major hurricanes like Ian and Nicole in 2022, and Idalia last year, Florida homeowners ought to prepare for increases of up to 23% this year, according to a new report by Insurify.

Condo owners, for example, are bracing for the state to rule on a more than 50% rate hike request by Castle Key and Amica Mutual Insurance companies.

So, are we saying here that the 2024 Yamaha golf carts come with a 17-digit VIN number like car does? That is one of the important requirements for LSV designation.
Since Yamaha carts only come with a Serial number, they cannot have an LSV designation from my perspective.
Furthermore, every model year of Yamaha gas cart with the performance gear, some added and some straight from Yamaha that has been sold in the last 25+ years, has the ability to go faster than 20mph.
So, what is so special about the 2024 that it would warrant an insurance company to call it an LSV?
Sounds like you best run away from whatever insurance company is scamming you.

Does the policy have no fault (PIP),registered and tagged? If not, you have the wrong policy. LSV has to be on auto policy, not a golf cart policy.
