Default Battery load test

I have two electric carts and both sets of batteries are less than two years old. Both carts seem to be going slower and distance they can go is less. I do the water fill monthly, and clean the top of the batteries off. I need someone to give them a load test...who would you recommend? Trenbarg12@gmail.com
