Smile Golf cart 4 RENT - Oct, Dec, or Jan

Attention Owners (and potential renters):

Oct 6-24, 2012 cart is avail = any days $8.50/day

Tenants for Dec 2012 & Jan 2013 don't need my cart this coming snowbird season (they ride bikes), so my nice, 2-seat elec cart is avail for $275/mo (as opposed to the $350+/mo The Villages charges) if any owner or tenant would like to rent out. Take both months for $250 each.

My folks live in Villages. Easy pick-up at their home or a direct delivery by my stepdad can possibly be arranged for just $15.

Default Golf cart

You had better talk to your insurance broker again. I can guarantee you that the policy will exclude you from renting the golf car. Also, unless you have specifically added the cart to the policy, I suspect that the liability only covers you while on a golf course. I have never heard of a homeowners policy that covers liability other than on a golf course. Some policies cover the physical damage to golf cars, and some don't.

and you might find out that it only covers the golf cart at the residence it is insured at
