Hello all.. I joined the 24hr Car Club online 10 days ago and paid using Paypal. I had not received any confirmation or anything after 5 days, so phoned them on the office number and left a message, they didn't call me back, so I phoned again the next day and they said they were sorting out the paperwork at the weekend and we will receive confirmation, so now 10 days on and still have heard nothing from them. Am I currently covered for breakdown, I have no idea??? Is this company any good, as based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed?? Thanks

I have 24 Cart Club and have the same problem every year when I renew. I have only heard good things about their services so continue to use them. Apparently, whoever runs the front office either is overworked or lacks organization! It is frustrating! I do know of several people that wanted to use the service but because they never returned calls after multiple tries, they went with the competitor! Too bad, I think they are losing a lot of business when in fact the service is good!

i just switched to using them and when I paid I did not get anything except a receipt. I was gone for about 10 days and when I got back the decal etc was in the mail waiting for me.

Same thing happened when we joined- heard nothing. I called and was told, "We'll send all that to you by mail- still nothing. Called again and finally got some things by mail. I too have heard only good things about them- but for sure their communication needs some help.
