If Par Car is Street Legal = It has Brakes on ALL 4 Wheels.

If Club Car is "not" Street Legal = It has Brakes on only the 2 Rear Wheels.


If the $ 138. was for all 4 Wheels on the Par Car......
.......and Club Car was for only 2 wheels ....$ 75. sounds about right.

Very few par cars have 4 wheel brakes, even the street legal ones.
138 dollars for someone to come out to your house and install brakes on your cart is what it costs if they use quality parts and install and adjust them correctly.
