Ok so we purchased a 2020 Yamaha from a personal sale. The enclosure (Fabric) goes over the top or the windshield with a gap between the roof and the windshield. Driving it this morning with wind and 50 degrees resulted in the cool air coming directly into the cabin. My older cart has a metal housing that covers that area. What is available that can be installed to block the opening? A shelf would be handy but anything is better than nothing. Thanks

OP, take a close look at the fabric, you may find Velcro on the top of the windshield and the fabric to stop the breeze. If not you should be able to add this. Your final fix should be reversible so that you can lower the windshield in the summer while golfing, etc.

Our fabric has Velcro and there is a strip of Velcro on the windshield so it closes up nicely.

For a quick fix...get a swimming pool noodle, cut to size and stuff in the space. There are different diameters, colors, etc.

Thanks. I understand what the installation looks like on my old Yamaha with Sunbrella. This top is after market with no piece to block the airflow. Looking for some kind of kit, perhaps a shelf kit that would be installed in the gap.

My Yamaha is drafty as well, but I think it is because I hate to drive with the windshield flipped up?

I was going to suggest a noodle also, but then you have to store it somewhere whenever the windshield is down.

They make a clear plastic windshield type material called a wind block that can be installed around $60. To $ 70.

I have a (probably) similar windshield that leaves about a 3 inch gap between the cart top and the windshield. My enclosure does not have a front valance. Unfortunately a pool noodle does not work well because the gap is arced due to the top shape and the air just flows through the now smaller gap.
You can buy a air dam -wind block - for about 35 to 40 bucks and install yourself. I just deal with it for the few days it is really cold.
