You also neeed Uninsured and Underinsured coverage on the cart in case you are injured by someone causing serious injuries to you or anyone in the cart.

Cannot stress enough how much insurance is needed even though it is not required. My husband had an accident, and the insurance was greatly appreciated!

Just a suggestion. If you are paying a lot for an umbrella policy, check with Allstate and State Farm. Both of these companies offer up to $1million in liability coverage as part of an auto policy. I save money by skipping the separate umbrella policy and opting for the million dollar liability coverage.
