I have a 2012 1/2 Yamaha EFI cart. Recently the red dashboard light has been coming on, and staying on for a protracted period. It usually starts after a 2-3 mile trip at speed. (18-20 mph). The light will go off if I take my foot off the accelerator and slow to a near stop. I can take it up to speed again for awhile before the light comes back on. I've had it checked for an oil leak, low oil level and had the annual checkup done in the last 2 weeks by The Villages Golf Cart Store. They could not find anything. Thoughts?

Faulty sensor? Loose wire connection?
Seems The Villages Cart store should have found the problem. |

The model year. I bought an EFI that had just been released.

How do you replace a light bulb in the new type head light of a Yamaha golf cart, I can't figure out how it comes apart?
