This is the THIRD time I have seen a VEHICLE on the cart path. Come on, people !The Villages Florida

That's frightening and it doesn't appear as though he just turned on.
I wonder how far he travelled before he realized where he was???

From Seabreeze Rec Center to Lake Miona Rec Center...the entire way and then tried to turn around!!!!

No worse the the Golf Cart driving down the sidewalk the other day on Belvedere s/o the High School. People just don't care & or pay attention anymore!
