I don’t think they are. That location is the assembly plant for the Villages Golf Carts. They might be classified as a distributor do to the volume they order for their carts. If that is a dead end, try Quality Golf Cart Enclosures a local company that does excellent work. They made my cart enclosure and their ad says they do seat upholstery.

El Tigre is local and operates their seat business next to The Villages Golf Cart build shop off Hi-Way 44, I believe on Signature Road. You can take your seat issue into them, and they will repair it in a very timely manner.
My neighbor just used them recently to repair a tear in their seat and it came out like new.
