*I think* if you are on public roads you should have a driver’s license with you. Also insurance info in case you're in an accident.

Golf cart drivers Raises min age to drive from 14 to 18 (and need a drivers license) If over 18, need to have ID with you (no drivers license required) Puts responsibility on county/municipality to ID golf cart roads and certify they are safe for golf carts. |
