Stay away from dish products like DAWN. They are designed to break down oils that lots of rubbers parts of cars and carts are made of.

My carts black & the pledge works like a spray on wax.I use it on all parts of the cart, the paint, the wood grain dash, the wheels & tires and even the winshield. It helps in the rain , the water beads up.Try it you'll see.

What would you pay for the service?

That is a good question. Maybe $15 to wash and detail a golf cart. Since you can't legally run a business in TV from your home, the problem would be where would you operate such a business where it could be golf cart accessible? For economic reasons, you might have to go off site---unless you already have a car wash/service station and wash/detail golf carts too. As a charity, such as a church youth group, you could wash/detail golf carts as a fund raising project for donations----perhaps in the church parking lot.
